The Trustees, Management and members of Shree Gurjar Sutar Gnati Mandal - Dar es Salaam warmly invite Sutar community around the world to come and celebrate 75 years of existence of our institution in Dar es salaam, Tanzania.

Souvenir
We intend to publish a digital magazine of 75th Anniversary that will cover our journey from 1944 to 2019. We shall also include the Diamond Jubilee photos in this publication along with historical ones. While we have some within our archives, we would appreciate your submissions for the Souvenir Magazine. Therefore if you have any photo, article of any past event or if you wish to share your experience related to our community, please send us by email mentioned below before 31 July 2019. The magazine will be available for online viewing and downloads from our website.

DAY 1 - Thursday 08 August 2019

To be attended by everyone where we welcome you and brief you on details of events and programs of 3 days, arrangements done, health, safety and security aspects.
10:00 - 12:00 Children’s Science Workshop
For children from ages 5-13 years. The Science & Engineering activities will focus on topics such as: density / flotation, dissolution, separation, acids/bases and energy. Household materials will be used hence there is no concern for safety or any health hazards unless any food related allergy is indicated in your registration Form. The aim is to inspire young scientists and engineers.

Recitation of Vishwakarma Chalisa followed by Bhajan Antakshari (3 rounds) concluded with Aarti, Thaal and Puja.

Our age old popular Variety Show !
Participate in an item or choreograph an item. Maximum 12 items / performances including Puja dance and Natak. This competition is open to all ages from 5 years and above. Theme is "Fusion" (eg. combination of New and Old songs, etc). One best performance in all 3 age groups (Minors / Juniors / Seniors) will be awarded with prizes and floating trophy to the winning item.

Games – Cricket, Badminton (Men & Women), & Football. Followed by Awards Ceremony at 17:00 Hrs

4 Teams will be made of maximum 15 participants.

Teams will be created with diverse set of skills.

Captains will be selected for each house.

Captains will select their respective players to represent in each game.

Various games will be played simultaneously

Awards for Individual best performance per game.

Overall winner for the house with most points.

Awards ceremony will be held at the end of the sports day.

Dar es Salaam street food will be available throughout the event starting from 11:00am through 3:00pm including drinks.

Our most popular fun games for all ages. Make a team of 4 and join the adventure which will kick-off previous day at the Musical Evening.
Lunch will be served between 12-1pm and teams will score on time! Comprising of 3 rounds - Creative, Walking Treasure Hunt and Activity Rounds.

Our final night with exciting Bollywood Theme. It is compulsory for everyone to come dressed up as any Bollywood actor or actress. To be nominated by the jury. Select your favourite actor from the below category. Get your filmy style out.
A Photo Booth, DJ will be waiting you and don’t forget to put on your dancing shoes.
